Impactful coaching for business and life

Coaching can be a powerful boost to both your performance and job/life satisfaction. But before you start working with a coach, you need to ask yourself whether you’re ready to do the work.

A multi-dimensional approach to coaching

Empowering you through a deeper understanding of yourself

Tribunity’s coaching services offers learning and transformation from disciplines like philosophy, science, Eastern wisdom, emotional intelligence, self-mastery, mindfulness, and business management.

During our coaching sessions, I support you through my own wealth of knowledge and experience as a neuroscience coach, and as a thriving business leader and senior executive serving on an ASX:100 listed company. All practices I take you on were developed through decades and decades of my own discipline towards self-discovery, self-mastery, growth, and evolution.

I work with leaders, teams, individuals, and couples to break through barriers and remove redundant habits. Helping build knowledge that empowers self-responsibility, curiosity, and impactful communication—leading you toward a deeper understanding of and appreciation for your internal uniqueness to live a more meaningful and health-filled life.

Personal

Tribunity also works with individuals, couples, and families in personal coaching sessions. In these sessions, I help you delve deep into your mindsets, goals, and dreams to help you create a more fulfilling life that you are truly excited about.

Virtual or in-person coaching

No matter where in the world you reside, I can work with you. Sydney residents may choose to work with me in a face-to-face setting at my Sydney CBD location. All in-person sessions include a coffee and a treat. For clients who reside outside of the Sydney area, I can work with you virtually via Zoom or Skype.

Neuroscience-based coaching conversations

At Tribunity, we utilise a nine step neuroscience-based process to guide our conversations. This process helps us see redundant thinking patterns and poor habits in play and design new empowering habits and behaviours that support transformational goals. See the infographic for the Tribunity’s 9 step process – we access the power of our neuroplasticity to learn new ways and, through repetitive practice, integrate them into our subconscious behaviours.

As part of this process, we engage with various brain-based tools that have been developed by David Rock in the Results Coaching System (now known as the NeuroLeadership Institute). These tools include:

  • Choose Your Focus
  • Listen for Potential
  • Clarity of Distance
  • Speak With Intent
  • Dance of Insight
  • The CREATE Model
  • The FEELING Model
  • The CRAFT Model
  • The SCARF Model
  • The Iceberg Model
  • Great Questions

These brain-based coaching tools facilitate personal transformation by harnessing the power of the brain’s neuroplasticity. As a neuroscience coach, I’ve found that each of these tools supports better outcomes for my clients as they seek to achieve deeper and more profound insights in order to realise their unique purpose, legacy and impact.

Your Progress starts with you

To truly reap the benefits of coaching, you must be able to tolerate discomfort and be open to experimentation. You’ll need to proactively embrace new ways of behaving, even if these approaches don’t come naturally to you. You also need to be ready and willing to take responsibility for your shortcomings, rather than blaming others. Deflecting responsibility will limit your growth; acknowledging your personal power will help pave the way for your self-development and lead to growth and satisfaction. It is essential to ask for support when you need it. You’ll progress faster if you make yourself vulnerable to others, including your partner, boss, peers, and even direct reports. Share goals, ask for advice, listen with curiousity, and, most critically, accept and act on the constructive feedback you receive. When you make sure you’re ready for coaching, you help yourself get the most out of the coaching relationship.
